BLUE

Shards of angled pieces coming together. They are the same but also not. The rays that come through bring similarities but also differences. Like the skies, with clouds, decorated with whites and fluffiness, there is form and shape. There is blue and more - there is the blueness of the starling’s eggs, the blue of Finlay’s eyes, the shades changing with the sun. Or like the seas, the pristine clear waters, the navy crystals bottom in the deep of its belly, the Persian blue shines through. Above and below, they dance and bring in light. They are whispering secrets of ancient days for they are not new to life.

GREEN

I can scarcely see them through the bright glow. Can you spot them? Perhaps you need to strain your eyes a little. Peppered, dotted, sprinkled. When the surrounding overwhelms them, they can only stay for a while and they will bleached. But then the light shifts, they return, shyly peeking. They come to comfort, to bring nature into the art. And they are not alone for you are never truly alone in Nature. There are others sitting beside quietly or even others clashing in style. You’ll see, the whole of them works out eventually, coming together nicely.

Of the many things we see, our perspectives colour how and what we see. Like how the shifting sun changes the colours of the windows, perhaps we too might be transformed as the light comes up us across the seasons.
