Come together as an intimate circle of fellow travellers through sacred seasons. I would like to offer experiential sessions seasonally to process specific aspects of grief in various moments of life.

 

This is a facilitated encounter of yourself with a small gathering of 2-4 other persons who might have been through something similar as you. I will offer a variety of expressive, nonverbal, symbolic, explorative material to reflect together in embodied processing.

Know that though this is not an informational session where I teach or give you notes about something, but through facilitation, you might discover something about yourselves. This process comes from within you and with others. 

These experiential group sessions are session by session and each is not necessarily linked, nor will the persons joining always be the same. 

The cost of the participation varies depending on the specifics of each session.
